1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at maxpert.tech or signing up for software early access, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not access the site.

2. Software Development & Availability

Applications presented on this website, including MaXpert Cleaner, are currently under active development. Descriptions of capabilities, features, and user interfaces are subject to enhancement prior to general release. Registration for early access does not guarantee immediate beta access.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, brand assets, logos (including the MaXpert wordmark and brand graphics), interface illustrations, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of MaXpert. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our assets without prior written consent.

macOS, Mac, MacBook, iMac, and Apple are registered trademarks of Apple Inc. MaXpert is an independent software studio and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

4. Future Commercial Software Licenses

Upon release, software purchased through MaXpert will be delivered as perpetual software licenses for the agreed number of Mac seats, accompanied by the designated upgrade window (typically 12 months of free major version updates).
