Common Support Questions
Is MaXpert Cleaner currently available for download?
MaXpert Cleaner is currently in active private development. We are conducting internal testing to ensure complete stability on macOS Sonoma and Sequoia before releasing public builds. You can join the Early Access waitlist to be invited to the upcoming private beta.
How do I grant Full Disk Access to MaXpert Cleaner?
Like all comprehensive disk tools on macOS, finding orphaned caches in ~/Library/ and application leftovers requires standard macOS Full Disk Access. In System Settings > Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access, you simply toggle the switch for MaXpert.
Will my personal documents or photos ever be touched?
Never. MaXpert Cleaner strictly isolates user caches, temporary buffers, old build artifacts, and system logs. Personal user documents, Desktop files, and iCloud Drive folders are strictly excluded by design.
How do I contact customer support?
You can email support@maxpert.tech or visit our Contact page. As an independent team, your questions are answered directly by engineers who work on the software.
Need Personal Assistance?
Our support desk is directly monitored by our developers. Reach out anytime with inquiries, feedback, or beta requests.
